The product is fine. However the cable and software will not work with a W376 until you buy a bluetooth adapter for the pc and connect that way first to get the drivers installed. Thanks.

The cable works fine, and the software loads ok. My phone was bought at Radio Shack, and I suspect its chip will not work with this software. The phone lacks features that other models include.
