You may return most unopened merchandise that is in resalable condition within 14 days of delivery, and an RMA# is required.
If an item arrives damaged or defective you can exchange it to avoid a restocking fee. To exchange a damaged or defective item you must request a 'Damage RMA' number within 3 days of delivery.
To Request an RMA number for any reason, please use the contact us form and specify the order number and reason for the return.
Shipping fees collected are never refundable.
Customer pays return shipping charges for all RMA services.
Any shipping discounts given are deducted from the refund amount on returns
Items with an earpiece are not returnable under any condition because of sanitary concerns. Bluetooth items are usually warrantied directly from the manufacturer.
Packages arriving without an RMA# will be sent back as "Refused".
Items sent back "return to sender" will have the refund reduced by our cost for this service.
There is a non-refundable $0.99 fee on all canceled orders.
Clearance items may not be returned. If a clearance item is defective we will provide warranty information upon request.
