Return Policy

  • You may return most unopened merchandise that is in resalable condition within 14 days of delivery, and an RMA# is required.
  • If an item arrives damaged you can exchange it to avoid a restocking fee. To exchange a damaged item you must request a 'Damage RMA' number within 3 days of delivery.
  • To Request an RMA number for any reason, please use the contact us form and specify the order number and reason for the return.
  • Shipping fees collected are never refundable.
  • Customer pays return shipping charges for all RMA services.
  • Any shipping discounts given are deducted from the refund amount on returns
  • Items with an earpiece are not returnable under any condition because of santiary concerns. Bluetooth items are usually warrantied directly from the manufacturer.
  • Packages arriving without an RMA# will be sent back as "Refused".
