Shipping policy

• Most orders will be shipped on the 2nd or 3rd business day after receipt of order.
• An Email will be sent with the delivery confirmation number or tracking number, at time of shipment.
• Orders are processed Monday - Friday excluding National Holidays.
• In the unlikely event that your item is unavailable for immediate shipment, we will send a notice to your account Email address on the day the item would have shipped.
• TheCellGuru.com ships using USPS, UPS, and other shipping couriers occassionally. Once the package has been delivered to the shipping courier the package becomes the responsibility of the customer (FOB shipping). At no time is TheCellGuru.com responsible for lost or stolen packages.
• Duty/tax fees are the responsibility of the buyer
